Now I'll see if I actually get a response to this review: I'm not holding my breath and, based on other reviews here, I guess I am going to have to go in and complain in person since phones go unanswered at the Howes St. I'd be out of business in no time if I didn't do my job but that doesn't apply to government work. Now I have to call the vendor and have it sent all over again. Dollars to donuts the mailman found it and sent it back so he wouldn't have to do his job. What? Checked with vendor and the address is fine, like always. Later this evening, I checked tracking and see it's been sent back because the "addressee moved and left no forwarding address". I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited the rest of the afternoon but it didn't get delivered by another USPS employee. I told him tracking info shows it's out for delivery and he just shrugs. I ask him "do you have my package"? He looks for a few seconds and says no. The mailman shows up, didn't even bother to pick up my mail, and goes to leave. Sent this one via USPS last week and tracking showed it was supposed to be delivered today, it even showed it was out for delivery. Today was the final straw: I was supposed to receive a package from a vendor that has mailed me packages before via UPS countless times with no problem. Hell, I get other mail misdelivered to me and I wind up walking it over to other businesses nearby. I get customer payments late because my mail is delivered to the wrong buildings, wrong addresses, etc. ![]() Since then, our business mail delivery has gone to crap. Our old mailman, Sean, was an absolute pro he took on another route.
